THE SPRINTS

1. QUICK AUDIT
We will look at your marketing plan and budget for the next 6-12 months. We’ll also audit your existing content, image library, and social media accounts to confirm you’re using the right platforms and have them set up correctly. I’ll review your website content, SEO and keywords and suggest any changes. If we’re sending users to your website, it needs to hold them there and convert. Finally, we’ll identify any gaps and opportunities for new content.
2. CREATE A PLAN
By looking at your key goals for the next 6-12 months, we can create a content calendar that the whole team can access/interact with and schedule your content. We’ll also include local and nationwide events, and build content around those. We’ll identify the team’s skill levels, decide on the correct tools to use and identify any training needs.* We’ll focus on tools that you already have or free ones.


3. CREATE CONTENT
This is where we get creative. We’ll conceptualise content for the duration of the plan, and create templates in relevant software (e.g. Later, Figma, UX or Canva). Then we create the visual elements, images, video etc. for the 1st month, and make sure the team has the skills to create the next ones. I’ll give advice on the best templates, stock image sites and AI tools to use, while making sure your brand is not diluted and stays strong.
4. ANALYTICS
We make sure the team is ready to activate your content calendar, respond to the scheduled tasks, and troubleshoot any roadblocks. There's power in knowledge, and analytics are a great way to see if your campaigns are meeting their targets. I'll show you how to use them to tweak the following month’s content and platforms. Finally, I'll will create a process document that the team can refer to, which can also be used to train new staff.
