When Artemis wanted to update their website (within the existing Magento framework) I suggested making the product more of a hero and adding more interactive promotional items. But I wanted to make sure there was still plenty of clear white space on the pages to allow the user to take in all of the information.
The home page set the style for the site and each promotional or product item has a rollover and clear clickable items to take the user to more information. The products are now 4 times their original size.
There are six product range pages following a similar format, but we have added filters to narrow products down by symptom. Products can also be viewed by product type and an A-Z list in the top navigation.
